Look closely at the photo. The classroom is full, a sea of bright yellow uniforms and attentive faces. In the front, two courageous students stand, engaging in a live English conversation. This is not a rehearsed script; it is a real-time application of their language skills.

For many students, standing in front of their peers is daunting. Yet, these two young leaders stepped forward, overcoming their shyness to practice their pronunciation, grammar, and conversational flow. This is the pedagogy of resilience in action—transforming vulnerability into strength.
